Richard Horner

Richard has spent the last 3 decades working in elite coaching environments working and supporting some of the best players and coaches. A UEFA Pro licence holder and most recently a graduate on the Premier League’s Elite Heads of Coaching course - Richard continues to be at the forefront of people, player and coach development. He spent over a 1/3 of his life at the Football Association supporting 1000s of coaches on their development journey seeing his development role support coaches in the professional game at Arsenal, Charlton, Reading, QPR and Watford. Richard currently works as a lecturer in Football Coaching and Management and continues his passion for player development at Watford’s Academy leading their U15s. He is currently an active UEFA C licence and B licence tutor as well as delivering development workshops for other federations.
