Jackie Bushell

I am a qualified Coach, Tutor, Mentor, Assessor& Verifier, currently working full time at UCFB as a Lecturer (Football Coaching and Management). Previous roles include MK Dons as Head of Academy Education and The FA as a County Coach Developer which supported my development and passion for understanding how to embed the psych / social elements of the 4-corner approach into coaching session. I have a variety of teaching & coaching experience and have coached within different environments for the past 30 years. I have experience of working within elite and grass roots settings with both male and female players, in football and futsal. I have been fortunate to work alongside some well esteemed coaches/tutors as I progressed through the coaching pathway, and have achieved my UEFA A, AYA (YDP) and UEFA B futsal. The AYA has played a massive part in my current development as I continue to research and develop a CPD offer around the Teenage Brain and how coaches can play a massive part in the development of adolescent players.
