UEFA A licence coach with a passion for youth development, Dominic has worked in Academy football since 2009 at Watford, Bournemouth, Southampton and Reading’s Academies. Currently the Programme Leader of the Football Coaching & Talent Development degree at UCFB Wembley, he has delivered coach education programmes in Higher Education since 2016 and works with Coaching Xchange across their full suite of educational programmes. Dominic has an MSc in Athletic Development, a PgC in Learning & Teaching in Higher Education and is currently researching goal scoring in the Premier League.
