CX25 Coaching conference – Pro day, is aimed at coaches with UEFA B and above to provide them with specific tailored talks, workshops, networking opportunities and observation of practical sessions.
Learners on the day will be accredited 8 hours FA CPD.
Event information: The day will provide opportunities for coaches to learn from experts, on how different clubs and environments develop players for the first team.

Watford FC
Lead Professional Development Coach U18s
Matt is the Academy Lead for the Professional Development Phase at Watford Football Club.
Matt holds a UEFA A license and currently serves as the head coach of Watford Football Club’s U18s team.
Chelsea FC
Academy Youth Development Officer
Frank has spent nearly 30 years at one of the worlds leading Academy’s for producing 1st team talent in Chelsea FC.
Frank has always had a leading coaching role within the academy to now holding a position of Academy Player Development Officer.
Leyton Orient FC
Professional Development Phase Lead U18s
Mark is currently the Professional Development Phase Lead and U18s coach at Leyton Orient FC. Mark holds UEFA A and AYA professional qualifications.
Mark commenced his career in 2009 as a Skills Coach for the Football Association. he then went on to, holding positions at Watford FC, Reading FC, Milton Keynes Dons, and Crystal Palace.
Premier League 1st Team Coach
Eduardo Rubio, a UEFA Pro License holder, held the position of first team coach at West Ham United under the guidance of Julen Lopetegui. Prior to this role, he served as the first team coach at Wolves and Crawley Town. Before that, he held the position of head of academy coaching and U18s coach at MK Dons. In July 2015, he joined MK Dons from the Nike Academy, where he held the position of assistant manager. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in developing young, unsigned players who transitioned into professional football.
Additionally, he oversaw the coaching and games programmes. A UEFA Pro License holder, Rubio has also worked with MK Dons as an U13s coach and has had notable experiences with the FA, Chelsea U15s, and Valencia in Spain throughout his career.
FA Youth Coach Developer
FA Youth Coach Developer can be described as imaginative, inspirational and experienced football coach and educator.
Previous roles included Head of Academy Coaching at Brighton & Hove Albion FC. Paul is classed as a friend of Coaching Xchange and this will be his 3 appearance at our coaching conferences.
