London, 24th June 2025 – Coaching Xchange proudly hosted its inaugural Women and Girls Coaching Conference on Sunday 22nd June at Merky FC, marking a major milestone in supporting the growth and development of female coaches across the game.
The event brought together over 60 coaches from the female talent pathway, who were treated to a full day of insights, learning, and practical application from some of the leading figures in the industry.
Highlights of the day included:
- Carly Williams (Arsenal FC Academy Lead) delivering an inspiring session on Player Care.
- Lisa Savage (Coach Educator) exploring how to create attacking opportunities.
- Sinead Hogan-Belcher (London City Lionesses Academy Manager) and Jess King (FA Talent Coach) leading an engaging practical workshop on creating overloads.
- Additional thought-provoking sessions from Sophie Dennington (The FA) and Rebecca Moore (London City Lionesses).
The conference provided a valuable platform for knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and the continued advancement of women and girls in football coaching.
