Coaching Xchange Hosts CX25 Grassroots Coaching Conference at Rectory Park

London, UK – Sunday 8th June 2025 – Coaching Xchange successfully delivered its latest CX25 Grassroots Coaching Conference at Rectory Park, bringing together 100 coaches from across all levels of the game for a day of learning, connection, and development.

A special thanks goes to London Football Association, whose support as event partner was integral to making the day such a success.

The conference’s main feature session was delivered by Pete Sturgess, widely recognised as one of the leading experts in coaching children in the foundation phase. Pete’s inspirational workshop and practical session gave coaches unique insights and strategies to take back into their own environments.

In addition, attendees had the chance to hear from an outstanding line-up of guest contributors, including:

All participating coaches benefitted from 8 hours of FA-accredited CPD, reinforcing Coaching Xchange’s commitment to supporting the growth and education of coaches at every stage of the game.
