Coaching Xchange Conference 2025 – CX25 Recap
Coaching XchangeOn Sunday 1st June, we hosted our annual Coaching Xchange Conference (CX25) at Bromley FC, bringing together more than 60 coaches from across the game for a day of learning, sharing, and development.
The theme of this year’s event was “Developing Players for the First Team”, and we were delighted to be joined by a brilliant line-up of guest coaches who shared their expertise and experience:

Across the day, coaches had the chance to engage in practical sessions, gain insights from the speakers, and connect with others who share the same passion for player development.
A huge thank you to our speakers, our hosts at Bromley FC, and of course to all the coaches who attended and made CX25 such a valuable and inspiring event.
